Trauma-Informed Resilience Certification

Teacher: Dr. Rachael Muster
Duration: 9 Hours | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

When energy shifts, what do you do next?

If you work with people through Reiki, sound healing, EFT, breathwork, yoga, coaching, or therapy, reflexology, Thai massage —or are doing deep personal healing—energy will move.
Emotions surface. Nervous systems activate. Old patterns can rise unexpectedly.

Trauma-Informed Resilience is the training that teaches you how to respond when that happens.

Rather than focusing on trauma as pathology, this training centers resilience: the nervous system’s capacity to regulate, adapt, and recover through safety, choice, connection, and pacing.

Trauma-Informed Resilience recognizes that while trauma may shape nervous system patterns, those patterns are not fixed identities. With the right conditions, people can restore flexibility, agency, and connection.

This certification is ideal for:

  • If you open energy, hold space, or work with the body or nervous system, this training fills a critical gap.
  • Mental health professionals (CEs pending)
  • Anyone wanting to build their own trauma-informed resilience and nervous system capacity

After this training, you’ll be able to:

  • Recognize signs of nervous system activation or shutdown
  • Respond skillfully when emotions or energy intensify
  • Support regulation without retraumatization or overreach
  • Know when to pause, modify, or refer—without shame or harm
  • Protect your own nervous system and prevent burnout
  • Practice with greater confidence, clarity, and integrity

You’ll Explore

  • What trauma is—and isn’t—through a nervous-system lens
  • How stress and trauma reorganize the body, perception, and energy
  • Polyvagal theory and the autonomic nervous system
  • Window of tolerance, Neuroception, and co-regulation
  • Interoception and embodiment for regulation (not catharsis)
  • Trauma-informed language, consent, and pacing
  • The energy body as felt vitality, charge, and boundaries
  • Cultural and contextual influences on regulation
  • Post-traumatic growth and resilience
  • Ethical closure and integration
  • Practitioner nervous system sustainability

Why This Certification Matters

Many practitioners are taught how to open energy—but not how to hold what opens.

As nervous-system-based, somatic, and energy practices become more mainstream, the need for trauma-informed skill has never been greater. Clients are bringing more stress, more complexity, and more sensitivity into healing spaces—and practitioners are being asked to hold that without adequate training or support.

Trauma-Informed Resilience ensures that your work:

  • Supports healing without overwhelm
  • Honors both client and practitioner nervous systems
  • Builds capacity instead of dependency
  • Is grounded, ethical, and sustainable over time

This training isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what you already do with greater awareness, safety, and confidence.
