Sacred Beats Drum Circle: Awakening the Akasha
Purpose:
Sacred Beats is a transformative workshop designed to connect participants with Source energy through the power of drumming, ceremony, and healing. This sacred circle opens the heart and mind, regulates brainwaves, and fosters deep community connection. It is a space for receiving guidance, support, healing, and transcendence.
What to Expect:
• Arrival & Palo Santo Cleansing: Begin by clearing your energy with Palo Santo to prepare for the circle.
• Ceremonial Opening: The circle opens with the calling of the four directions (North, South, East, West), followed by an Akashic Records prayer to invite divine wisdom.
• First Round (Facilitator-Led): A steady two-beat rhythm led by the facilitator to ground the group, followed by a sharing circle.
• Second Round (Organic Group Beat): An intuitive, organic rhythm creating a free-flowing and spontaneous connection.
• Third Round (Healing): Participants do not drum; instead, they lie down or sit while the facilitators drum over them, creating a healing space and an opportunity to release and receive guidance.
• Fourth Round (Grounding): A final two-beat rhythm to bring the energy down and gently close the circle.
• Ceremonial Closing: The directions are closed, and the Akashic Records prayer is said once more to seal the circle.
