Join our relaxing yoga class integrating stretching, myofascial release, and Thai massage techniques. Experience deep stretches, tension relief, and gentle thai massage, led by Lorraine who as specific training in somatic healing, thai yoga massage, reiki, access bars, records and more. Rejuvenate body and mind in this unique session.
