Somatic Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation Certification
Teacher: Dr. Rachael Muster
Duration: 8.5 Hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)CE Credits available
Breath is one of the most precise tools we have for influencing the nervous system. When facilitated with skill, awareness, and attunement, breath becomes a powerful pathway for regulation, clarity, and embodied presence.
Description
The Somatic Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation Practitioner Certification is a practitioner-focused training designed to develop highly skilled, nervous-system–aware breath facilitators. This certification centers on how to guide breath intentionally—understanding when, why, and how specific breathing patterns shift physiological and energetic states.
Rather than emphasizing breath as a cathartic or intensity-based practice, this training focuses on precision, adaptability, and facilitation skill. You will learn how to work with breath as both a regulator and an activator, how to read the body in real time, and how to guide individuals and groups through breath experiences that are effective, grounded, and sustainable.
While trauma-informed principles are explored as an essential foundation, this certification is not a trauma-specialization. Instead, it equips practitioners with the awareness and tools needed to facilitate breathwork responsibly across a wide range of nervous system states.
