This 90-minute workshop is a guided group sound experience designed to help your nervous system settle and your body recalibrate.
It’s also the perfect introduction for those curious about tuning forks before stepping into deeper training.

• A 75-minute group sound balancing session
• Guided meditation + restorative savasana
• Time to integrate, share, and ask questions
