Sacred Harmony: Thai Yoga Massage + Reiki Workshop
 
Class Description:
This workshop will take you on a relaxing journey of Thai Yoga Massage + Reiki. Thai yoga massage involves stretching, massage, and energy work to promote relaxation and wellness. A cohesive and holistic approach to health and well-being. 
 
There’s no need to think or effort; instead allow your guide to do all of the work - just relax and enjoy this deeply healing and meditative practice.
 
The workshop is limited to 8 individuals.
Each individual will be given a Thai Massage Mat for comfort and a heated blanket to maximize the coziness. Wear comfortable clothes and socks. 
 

What is Thai Yoga Massage:
Thai yoga massage is a traditional healing technique that combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and assisted stretching. It originated in Thailand over 2,500 years ago and is based on the principles of energy balancing and flow.

Thai yoga massage is often described as a passive form of yoga, where the recipient is assisted in a series of yoga-like stretches while remaining completely relaxed.
