Beyond Breath: Theta Exploration


Get ready to use your breath intentionally to find the sweet spot between sleep and lucid dreaming for the purpose of exploration and release!


With the use of Conscious Circular Breathing, you can get out of your head and connect to your emotional inner world. This breathing technique allows you to breathe through blockages in your body so the energy can flow freely again. You can ‘breathe yourself free” of emotional baggage.


In this experience, sadness, anger and old pain may arise, but also laughter, satisfaction and happiness can flood in. Often a combination of many emotions pass through.


This breath technique brings your body into a temporary state of ‘stress’ as it increases oxygen flow and enhances the movement of energy within your body. Resulting in an altered state of consciousness known as theta; the sweet spot between sleep and lucid dreaming. In this altered state, you can release stored energy in your body which can result in a profound experience.


The active breathing phase is followed by an integration or relaxation phase and we end with journaling and sharing (optional).


This technique is generally not suitable for pregnant women, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
