We blend gentle education, meditation, and hands-on reflexology in a nurturing, luxurious setting.

Settle into a supportive space with your own foot warmer, cozy blankets, and yoga bed. These small luxuries help your nervous system soften and your body feel safe to relax.
✨ Introductory Education
Learn what reflexology is and how it supports the nervous system, with a brief overview of key reflex points—no memorizing, just awareness.
✨ Guided Meditation
A grounding meditation focused on the feet as holders of tension, stories, and wisdom, preparing your body to receive.
✨ Extended Reflexology Experience
Enjoy a 60-minute reflexology immersion while resting comfortably on a yoga bed. The teacher moves gently through the room, offering multiple short passes of professional reflexology touch—allowing deep relaxation without feeling rushed or overstimulated.
