The Collective Nervous System Reset exists for those moments.
This bi-weekly, 60-minute virtual gathering offers a soft place to land, recalibrate, and re-ground when life feels overwhelming or emotionally activating. It’s designed to complement your existing work with Dr. Rachael and Shine, not replace it — providing steady nervous system support in between sessions through co-regulation in community.
There’s no agenda, no pressure to share, and no fixing.
Just a regulated space where your body can settle through gentle somatic guidance and shared presence.Who This Is For
This space is for you if:
- You feel chronically stressed, emotionally fatigued, or overwhelmed beneath the surface
- You’re doing therapy, coaching, or personal growth work and want additional nervous system support
- You’re curious about somatic work and want a low-pressure, accessible entry point
- You long for healing in community, not isolation

What Is Co-Regulation?
Co-regulation is the nervous system’s natural way of settling through connection.
When we’re in the presence of safe, grounded others, our bodies receive cues that it’s okay to soften. Even without speaking, your system can begin to shift out of survival mode and into rest, connection, and repair.
You don’t have to do anything to make this work.
Just being here is enough.

Each session offers:
- Gentle, trauma-informed somatic guidance

- Space to settle without being seen or called on
- A non-performative environment — cameras on or off
- Co-regulation through shared presence
