SHINE's 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is a highly personalized mentorship experience designed around your interests, goals, and the teacher you want to become.

Rather than following a traditional group curriculum, you'll build your own educational pathway through a combination of specialized certifications, private and small-group instruction, independent study, and one-on-one mentorship with SHINE's expert educators.

A CURRICULUM THAT EVOLVES WITH YOU

The certifications listed above are a starting point, not a rigid checklist. Students have the opportunity to substitute select trainings and work with SHINE's education team to develop a personalized pathway that aligns with their professional goals.

Your 300 hours become more than a requirement to complete. They become an opportunity to specialize, grow, and develop your unique identity as a teacher.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Student must have completed a 200-hour yoga program

  • It is not necessary that the 200-hour was Yoga Alliance approved. However, if that is the case, then student would not receive Yoga Alliance credit for this 300-hour program.

  • (2) yoga classes/week (Shine or other studio acceptable)

  • Mentoring with 200-hour YTT

  • Homework assignments after time with lead teacher and each certification

Unlike traditional group trainings, this highly specialized program is designed around you. Your tuition includes specialized certifications, 24 hours of private instruction, and individualized mentorship with SHINE's expert educators, creating an advanced educational experience tailored to your interests and professional goals.
