Ayurveda: 50-Hours: Deep dive into this holistic, natural system of medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago
Kundalini: Deep dive into this style of yoga; includes breath, mudra, chanting and more
Community: Work with others to create and execute on a Passion Project

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Student must have completed a 200-hour yoga program

It is not necessary that the 200-hour was Yoga Alliance approved. However, if that is the case, then student would not receive Yoga Alliance credit for this 300-hour program.
