At the core of this coaching program is the work we do around identifying your old stories and beliefs that are no longer serving you. Once we identify them, we work on creating new ones that are in alignment with who you really are and where you want to go from here (what do you truly want – together we will gain clarity on this so we can move forward).
We work on raising your vibration, shifting your consciousness and creating new stories, thoughts and beliefs that support the life you want, not the life that you are currently perpetuating. We do this by incorporating deliberate and consistent practices specifically designed for you and your new life.
How the program works:
1x1 coaching - personalized, private attention
Week 1: 60-minute introductory session
Before this meeting, you will fill out a questionnaire so that our time together is well spent
Week 2: 15-minute check-in call
Week 3: 60-minute coaching session
Week 4: 15-minute check-in call
Week 5: 60-minute coaching session
Week 6: 15-minute check-in call
Week 7: 60-minute coaching session
Week 8: 60-minute program conclusion session
