Yoga is a multi-faceted and ever-changing entity, and so are you. This training is as deep and diverse as you want your yoga practice to be. Typically, a 300-hour YTT programs has one main focus, however, with two unique lead-teachers (Andrea + Cortney), you get the best of both worlds. Advanced Shapes and Sequencing. Shifting your Mindset, Energy and Practice.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Student must have completed a 200-hour yoga program

It is not necessary that the 200-hour was Yoga Alliance approved. However, if that is the case, then student would not receive Yoga Alliance credit for this 300-hour program.
