Gentle Yoga (Yoga for Seniors - all are welcome)
Day: Tuesdays at 10am

This class is tailored to the needs of the individual. We are on our yoga mats yet chairs are optional and provided for those who need the extra support for sitting or stretching. We focus on breath, flexibility, mobility and strength. Exploration of self-care and self-understanding are encouraged.
Please note before committing to class: there are no refunds if you pay and do not show up for class - thank you for understanding.
