Paddle Board Yoga Experience
Step onto the water and into a completely different kind of practice.
 
This 75-minute paddle board yoga experience takes place on Shine’s private lake, where movement, breath, and balance meet in a way that can’t be replicated on land. The water invites presence. The board invites focus. And the experience becomes something both grounding and playful at the same time.
 
You don’t need prior experience with paddle boarding or yoga.
You just need a willingness to try something new.
 
We’ll begin with a brief orientation on land before moving onto the water, where you’ll be guided through gentle movement, moments of stillness, and an exploration of balance in a supportive, small-group setting.
It’s not about getting it perfect.
It’s about experiencing it.
 
What to Expect:

Beginner-friendly (no experience needed)
Small group setting (max 8 participants)
Paddle board included, or bring your own

By participating in the Paddle Board Yoga mini session at Shine, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that this activity takes place on and around water and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loss of balance, slipping, falling, drowning, collisions, and contact with natural or submerged objects such as rocks, debris, uneven surfaces, or other hazards.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, illness, death, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this activity and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe involvement.
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety during this experience and agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and event staff, including the use of any recommended or provided safety equipment.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge SHINE Ohio, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in this activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during this experience. By participating, I grant permission to SHINE Ohio to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and promotional materials for marketing, social media, and educational purposes, without compensation.
