You’ll settle into a dimly lit room with a cozy yoga bed, blankets, and supportive props as you melt into restorative yoga postures. Throughout the experience, a certified Thai Yoga Massage practitioner will move throughout the room offering assisted stretches, gentle compression, and therapeutic touch inspired by the Sen energy lines used in traditional Thai massage.
