Our Psychic + Intuitive Development pathway is designed for people who want to move beyond simply feeling intuitive and learn how to intentionally understand, develop, trust, and work with their abilities.

Much like learning a new language, intuitive development happens through education, practice, repetition, experience, and validation. Students learn how psychic information may present through clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, energetic awareness, symbols, sensations, knowing, and other forms of intuitive perception — while developing grounding, spiritual boundaries, discernment, and trust in their own unique intuitive language.

Whether you are exploring your abilities for personal development, already experiencing intuitive information within Reiki or another healing practice, or feel called to eventually work with others as an Intuitive Practitioner, SHINE offers a progressive pathway from foundations → development → practitioner application → deeper specialty exploration.

Our training approach blends education with integration through reflection, discussion, experience, and hands-on practice — giving students space not only to learn the concepts, but to begin actually working with and developing their abilities.

Q: Do I need any previous experience to take Level One?
A: No. Psychic + Intuitive Development: Foundations — Level One is designed for beginners as well as people who already consider themselves intuitive or notice intuitive information arising in their current practice.
You do not need to be a Reiki practitioner, energy worker, or wellness professional to attend.

Q: What is the difference between Level One and Level Two?
A: Level One is focused on personal development. You’ll explore how intuitive information may present itself, identify your natural strengths, practice grounding and discernment, and begin intentionally receiving and validating intuitive information.
Level Two moves into practitioner work. You’ll learn how to responsibly use intuitive abilities with another person, structure an intuitive reading, communicate information ethically, maintain boundaries, and integrate intuition into an existing practice.

Q: Do I have to take Level One before Level Two?
A: Yes. Level One is the prerequisite for Intuitive Practitioner Certification — Level Two because the practitioner training builds directly on the personal development, discernment, and practice introduced in Foundations.

Q: Do I receive a certification after Level One?
A: No. Level One is a foundational training focused on developing your own psychic and intuitive abilities. It does not result in a practitioner certification.
Students who want to become a SHINE Certified Intuitive Practitioner must complete both Level One and Level Two and demonstrate foundational practitioner competency during the Level Two training.

Q: Can anyone develop psychic or intuitive abilities?
A: Our training is based on the belief that intuitive awareness can be developed through practice, attention, repetition, experience, and validation.
We often compare it to learning a new language. Some people may begin with greater natural sensitivity or familiarity, while others develop their abilities more gradually. The goal is not to copy how someone else receives information, but to learn how your own intuitive language communicates with you.

Q: Will we learn to use tarot cards, oracle cards, crystals, or other tools?
A: Level One includes an introduction to Tools of the Trade, including methods such as oracle cards, pendulums, psychometry, crystals, photographs, and dosing rods.
These tools are introduced as ways to support intuitive development rather than replace it.
SHINE also offers separate Tools of the Trade mini-sessions for students who want a deeper dive into individual methods. These specialty experiences are open to both PID students and members of the community who simply want to explore a particular tool.

Q: Is this training only for people who want to become professional intuitive practitioners?
A: No. Many students may take Level One simply to better understand and develop their own intuition.
Others may already be Reiki practitioners, energy workers, coaches, or wellness professionals and want to better understand intuitive information that arises within their existing work.
Students who want to intentionally work with others can continue into Level Two.

Q: Can I incorporate intuitive work into Reiki or another existing practice?
A: Yes. This is specifically explored in Level Two.

Q: What certification do I receive after Level Two?
A: Students who complete Level One and Level Two and demonstrate foundational practitioner competency will receive SHINE’s Intuitive Practitioner Certificate.
The certificate reflects completion of SHINE’s practitioner-level training pathway and demonstrated understanding of consent, boundaries, ethical communication, discernment, client care, and basic intuitive-session structure.

Q: Do I have to take Level Two immediately after Level One?
A: No. You may complete Level One and continue into Level Two on a future training date.
If you purchase the Level One + Level Two Duo, however, both trainings must be completed within 12 months of the original bundle purchase date.

Q: Can I bundle Level One and Level Two together?
A: Yes. Students who already know they want to complete the full practitioner pathway can register for the Level One + Level Two Duo at a bundled rate.
The Duo offers savings compared with registering for each level individually and gives you flexibility to choose available Level One and Level Two dates within the 12-month bundle period.

Q: How long is my Duo bundle valid?
A: The Level One + Level Two Duo expires 12 months from the original purchase date. Both trainings must be completed within that timeframe. Unused portions of the bundle expire after 12 months.
