This isn't about perfect poses or athletic ability.

Your experience begins with a brief orientation on land before moving onto the water, where you'll be guided through gentle movement, breathwork, moments of stillness, and balance-based exploration designed for all experience levels.
 
No paddle board experience required.
No yoga experience required.
Just bring your curiosity.

• Private paddle board yoga experience for your group

• Beginner-friendly instruction
