THE BODY SPEAKS™
An Introduction to Muscle Testing as Energetic Feedback
A 90-Minute Experiential Workshop with Dr. Skyler Snoeberger
Your body is constantly communicating.
Long before the conscious mind fully understands something, the nervous system responds. We feel contraction or expansion. Alignment or resistance. Safety or stress.
The Body Speaks™ is a highly experiential workshop designed to introduce participants to muscle testing as a tool for nervous system awareness, energetic feedback, and embodied congruence.
Rooted in the work of Dr. David Hawkins and the Map of Consciousness, this workshop explores muscle testing not as diagnosis or “truth testing,” but as a practice of awareness and observation.
Throughout the evening, participants will:
experience live muscle testing demonstrations
explore how emotional charge influences the body
learn foundational testing methods
practice simple testing techniques with partners
notice patterns of contraction and expansion within themselves
explore how the body responds to stress, alignment, and internal congruence
This workshop is interactive, grounded, and designed to create real-time experience — not just theory.
The evening may include:
sway testing
finger ring testing
partner practice
guided self-inquiry
group discussion and integration
This workshop is ideal for:
Curious beginners interested in nervous system awareness and embodied self-discovery
Reiki practitioners
Coaches
Yoga teachers
Wellness practitioners
Energy healers
Therapists, Nurses
Important Note:
Muscle testing is presented as a tool for awareness, nervous system observation, and energetic feedback within wellness-based settings.
This is an introduction workshop and serves as a front door into the full-day practitioner certification for those interested in deeper facilitation and practitioner application.
