A: High Frequency Healing™ is a signature five-step methodology developed by Cortney Martinelli that intentionally brings together sound, frequency, nervous system awareness, and consciousness-based practices.
Unlike modalities centered primarily around a single technique, HFH uses a progressive framework in which each step builds upon the one before it. At its foundation is the understanding that the practitioner is not the source of healing but becomes the bridge, creating conditions that support the individual's own capacity for healing and expansion.
HFH is not intended to replace or compete with other modalities.
Q: Do I need experience with energy healing?
A: No. High Frequency Healing™ welcomes individuals at all stages of their personal and spiritual development. You do not need to be a Reiki practitioner, energy worker, or wellness professional to experience the method.
For those interested in learning the complete methodology, our mentorship is designed for both personal transformation and professional development. Previous experience with energy healing is not required.
Q: Can I experience HFH without wanting to become a practitioner?
A: Absolutely! High Frequency Healing™ is as much about your own personal healing and expansion as it is about supporting others.
You can experience the method through private sessions, participate in Luminary Circles, or join the mentorship purely for your own growth. Becoming a Designated High Frequency Healing™ Practitioner is an optional pathway, not a requirement.

A: Xanjai is the signature frequency of the High Frequency Healing™ Method. Within HFH, it serves as a permission slip—a tool we intentionally use to support deeper states of receptivity, connection, and coherence.
Xanjai is a unique expression of life-force energy that lives within each of us. It is the illumination that radiates from the heart when we connect with our Higher Self and allow our natural capacity for love, healing, and expansion to be expressed.
It is not something we need to earn, acquire, or receive from someone else. It is already within us. The HFH Method uses Xanjai as a permission slip to consciously connect with and express that illumination.
Q: What is the difference between a Luminary Circle, a private session, and the mentorship?
A: Each offers a different way to engage with High Frequency Healing™.
Luminary Circles are community-based experiences designed to create ongoing opportunities for healing, connection, and the expression of our gifts. They bring together two groups of people: those seeking to receive healing and those who feel called to offer healing and share their illumination with others.
Not everyone who feels called to be a healer wants to build a healing business. Some simply want meaningful opportunities to express that part of themselves. Luminary Circles create space for both giving and receiving, recognizing that everyone is a Luminary, regardless of which role they choose to embrace.
Private HFH Sessions offer a personalized, one-on-one experience with Cortney Martinelli or other certified practitioners, allowing you to explore the method in a setting focused on your individual needs and intentions. Central to each session are the three High Frequency Healing™ Transmissions, offered after the body has been prepared through weighted tuning forks, therapeutic drumming, and Xanjai.
High Frequency Healing™ Mentorship is an intimate, three-day educational and transformational experience with Cortney, held over three separate days or months (depending on the cohort). Participants explore their own identity, beliefs, and expansion while learning the complete HFH Method. Those interested in professional practice may also pursue the optional practitioner designation or be given permission to lead their own Luminary Circles.
