Sound Vibrations - Sound Bath Workshop (and more)
This session will be a mix of restorative poses, guided meditation and sound therapy using crystal singing bowls, Kashi chimes, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments.
 
The session begins with restorative poses and a guided meditation to help settle you in to a state of rest and digest. We end with 30+-minutes of sound therapy.
