Walk into a darkened room glowing with LEDs, disco lights, and electric energy.
Headphones on. Music up. Everything else fades away.
 
We begin by warming up the body before building into an energizing, soulful yoga flow that will get you moving, raise your heart rate, and invite you fully into the experience. The sequence will feel strong and dynamic without being advanced, making it approachable for all levels—including those who are newer to yoga and ready to try something completely different.
 
Then, the energy begins to shift.
The lights soften. The music changes. The movement slows.
 
You will make your way to the ground and melt into your mat through a series of comfortable, gentle stretches supported by blankets, bolsters, and blocks. As you settle into each pose, Thai yoga massage will be offered throughout the room, helping the body release even more deeply.
 
The music sets the stage for every part of the journey. During the flow, a soulful mix will energize and inspire you. During the melt, the playlist becomes slower, richer, and more immersive—giving your mind something to follow as your body lets go.
 
Every detail has been intentionally designed to create a full sensory experience that builds like a crescendo: beginning with movement and energy, rising into an electrifying flow, then slowly dissolving into stillness, connection, and release.

No advanced yoga experience is needed. Come ready to move, have fun, try something new, and melt into an experience you will feel long after the music ends.
 
Practical Information

Bring a yoga mat; a limited number of extras are available.
This experience is open to all levels. No advanced yoga experience is needed.
Thai yoga massage includes optional hands-on touch. If you would like to opt out, please inform your teacher before class begins.
Silent disco headphones will be provided. You may adjust the volume or remove them at any point during the experience.
 
 
Please note before committing to this event: Class fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different person/date if communicated 48 hours prior to the class date. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer credits for late cancels or no-shows due to the limited number of headphones available - thank you for understanding.
