Join us for a 45-hour immersive journey into the foundations of Ayurveda — a living system that honors the dynamic relationship between body, mind, and environment.
This is not surface-level wellness content. This is structured, embodied education.
Across eight intentionally sequenced modules, you’ll explore:
• The Five Elements and the Doshas
• Digestion, vitality, and prevention
• Aromatherapy and energetic blending
• Herbal science and formulation
• Dosha subtypes and applied case study
• Chakra and subtle body integration
Students who complete all eight modules, integration assignments, and a private session with Lorraine Williams will receive the designation:
SHINE-Certified Ayurveda Wellness Educator

About your instructor:
Lorraine Williams is an Ayurvedic Consultant whose work is shaped by lived practice, cross-cultural study, and a deep respect for traditional healing systems as they are meant to be lived—not extracted or oversimplified.
Her studies in Ayurveda span both India and Thailand, including training at the Yogamu Institute in Rishikesh, India, and continued practice and consultation in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Lorraine approaches Ayurveda not as a set of rigid rules, but as a living system—one that honors daily rhythm, personal constitution, and the intelligence of the body over time.
Ayurveda entered Lorraine’s life through both formal study and lived experience, shaped by ongoing inquiry and integration. Her teaching is practical and accessible, emphasizing foundational understanding and lifestyle awareness rather than diagnosis or prescription. She teaches Ayurveda because she has seen how small, informed shifts in daily living create lasting change, guiding students to build a real relationship with the teachings—not just gather information.
