Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique performed by gently laying hands on. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words; Rei + Ki and is loosely translated to mean life force energy guided by Source. During a Reiki session your life force energy will get a boost, increasing your vibration (ie your personal frequency). It is similar to acupuncture (without the needles) as it stimulates the body's natural healing abilities and promotes physical and emotional well-being.

Once you are all settled in, the session will begin with a testing of your seven chakras. These results can help to guide and personalize your immersion. (more on chakras here).
After the chakras are tested, the Reiki begins. The Reiki Master is guided by experience and intuition, and has the ability to create a space where deep healing can occur on every level; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Grounding mats and pads are also often used during our Reiki sessions as a way to maintain the electrical physical balance of the body.

If this is your first time having a Reiki session, we recommend that you schedule a 75-minutes session so that Cortney can have the time necessary to chat with you before the session about what to expect.

An Embodied™ Reiki Session is similar to a traditional Reiki session in that you will receive a 60-minute hands on experience with light-gentle healing touch.

Crystal Bowls + Reiki Session
Reiki and sound fused together in one session will surely open your energy body and allow the healing energy to flow. By lying comfortably on a massage table and surrounded with crystal singing bowls, you will truly be bathed in sound. We carry a history in our bodies and in our biofields. The sound locates tangles/knots and then it liberates the energy. As humans, we often have habitual patterns that are no longer serving us. Yes, it is hard for us to let them go – but sound balancing through this process can help us do just that. This is not just about trauma, this process also increases overall performance for adults, athletes - for anyone looking to achieve an optimal state.
The diseases of our time such as lime, lupus, chronic fatigue, weak digestion, autoimmune, adrenal stress are all about a low battery – meaning people are discharging more than they are recharging. We don’t need supplements and mountains of kale when we use sound on a regular basis to increase our voltage. Sound falls upwards – which means it adds lift and current into our system in a fast, easy, and non-invasive way. Ultimately love is what we are seeking, but there is a lot of stuff in the way and through this sound balancing work we untangle energy so love can easily flow to and through you.

Energy is not removed from your history just as memories are not removed from your mind. Instead, we untangle it, bring it back to the mid-line, and it circulates back into the body. Thai Yoga Massage
Thai yoga massage is a traditional healing technique that combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and assisted stretching. It originated in Thailand over 2,500 years ago and is based on the principles of energy balancing and flow.
Thai yoga massage is often described as a passive form of yoga, where the recipient is guided through a series of yoga-like stretches while remaining completely relaxed. It aims to restore the body's natural balance of energy, alleviate physical discomfort, and promote overall well-being.

Hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy is done in an individual session, tailored to the specific needs of each client, and is usually lasts 3 hours in length. The sessions can be recorded by the client for replay and review at any time. The client is taken down to the theta brain wave level (known as the subconscious/higher self/soul) through breathwork, guided imagery induction and physical and mental relaxation, and a conversation between hypnotherapist and client at the theta level is held for 1 ½ - 2 hours. Generally, the goal is to get to the original root cause of the issue/problem the client wishes to address, using techniques such as regression, current time exploration and progression, with removal of the negative imprint, healing/forgiveness work done, and restoration of positive ways of being.

Hypnotherapy works wonderfully for long-standing issues (i.e. smoking, weight, addiction, depression and anxiety), for phobias and fears (i.e. flying, water, etc.), stress-reduction and insomnia, and addressing physical/emotional/mental illnesses of the body. Hypnotherapy is also used to positively promote academic, sports or performance improvement, confidence building and goal setting. In addition, spiritual hypnotherapy can also address issues such past lives, future lives, speaking with deceased loved ones, consulting with guides/angels/divine beings, viewing soul plans or Akashic records, life between lives, and soul retrieval work.

Prior to her hypnotherapy practice, Kelly practiced for 20 years as Federal Appellate Attorney in the field of psychiatric disability law specializing in representing victims of trauma and combat veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Chakras
Literally speaking, the word chakra - derived from Sanskrit - translates to wheel. Chakras are spiritual energy centers within the human body, usually considered to be seven in number. These “wheels” can often be detected using a pendulum. When a pendulum is used by an expereinced Reiki practitioner, it will either swing clockwise, indicating an "open" or "balanced" chakra or counterclockwise, indicating a "closed" or unbalanced chakra. Whether open or closed, the results provide insight into our current state of well-being since chakras are an indication of our personal frequency.
