Join us for a powerful Friday evening immersed in the elements on the sacred grounds of Shine. Guided by two dynamic facilitators, Auburn and Lorraine, this unique offering invites you to come as you are, and leave renewed—rooted in earth 🌍, ignited by fire. 🔥
 
We’ll begin with an invigorating yoga flow designed to help you move stagnant energy and elevate your vibration. Through intentional breathwork and primal chanting, you’ll reconnect to your vitality and unique rhythmic signature.
 
The evening culminates in a soul-stirring fire ceremony—where we release what no longer serves, give gratitude for what is, and call in what’s to come.
 
If the weather does not cooperate, we will move inside for an equally powerful experience.
